Here’s what your 30-day personal training experience includes:

Body Fat Analysis: Track your progress with a detailed assessment to see how much fat you’re losing (because the scale doesn’t tell the whole story).

Kick-off Strategy Session: Sit down with one of our trainers to discuss your goals and tailor a program that fits your needs.

Nutrition Consultation: We’ll discuss your dietary habits and create a plan to help you adopt a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.

One-on-One Personal Training Session: We’ll ensure you feel comfortable and ready to join our group classes.


15 Small Group Training Sessions: and unlimited access to our high-energy group fitness classes where you can choose between Hyrox and Sweat sessions.

Continuous Body composition analysis: we can monitor how your body is responding to our programme & track exactly how much fat you're losing throughout your personal training journey with us.
